Membership Documents

  • Membership Questions - Are you considering joining Christ Covenant as a member and making us your church home?  These are the five questions you will have to answer to receive membership.

  • Membership Process - To become a member at Christ Covenant, you need to go through the membership process, but if you prefer to print our membership process and fill it out by hand, this document is the file form of that process.  Click here to download; then print.

  • Baptism Questions - Parents who would like to have one or more of their children baptized in the PCA (Presbyterian Church in America) will need to answer these questions.

Volunteer Documents

  • Background Check - All nursery volunteers are required to fill out a background check form.  If you are interested in volunteering in the nursery, you can download the form here, print it, fill it out, and give it to Kelly Simpson, Julia Harris, Julie Smith or Pastor Joe Holland.
